These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of creditsafe.fivetoclose.cloud and any products, content, or services offered by FiveToClose ("we," "us," or "our"), including Credit-Safe AI Build Protocol, Credit-Leak Audit Checklist, the Protocol + Audit bundle, Done-For-You Credit-Safe VPS Setup, opt-in pages, video briefings, and related materials (collectively, the "Products" or "Services").
By accessing the site, purchasing a Product, or submitting your email address, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase Products.
All Products and site content are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. They teach general concepts about AI coding workflows, job-sheet discipline, model routing, checkpoints, completion checklists, and related operational practices. They are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. No specific income, cost savings, credit reduction, or business outcome is guaranteed. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this site or purchase Products. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased digital materials for your own education and implementation. Unless we give prior written permission, you may not:

Digital products are sold at the prices displayed on the sales page (currently including the Protocol at $9.99, optional Audit at $19.99, and bundle at $29.98, unless the displayed price changes for future buyers). Payment is processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges for the product(s) you select.
Digital delivery is typically immediate via secure download links on the post-purchase thank-you page. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files promptly. We are not obligated to provide indefinite re-download access if links expire, accounts change, or records are purged after a reasonable period.
Service products such as Done-For-You Credit-Safe VPS Setup, if offered, are subject to the scope and delivery terms described at checkout or on the thank-you page and may require buyer cooperation (access credentials, VPS availability, and timely responses).
We offer a 30-day "Run The Protocol" satisfaction guarantee as described on the sales page for digital Protocol and Audit materials. If you open the materials, run at least one agent session with the job sheet and completion checklist in good faith, and believe the educational value does not meet what was promised, email support@fivetoclose.cloud within 30 days of purchase with your order details.
Refunds are granted at our discretion for genuine dissatisfaction with educational content — not because you failed to reduce AI spend, finish a project, or achieve income results. Refund approval terminates your license to use the Products. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in permanent denial of access and account restriction.
Service / DFY products may have different refund terms stated at the point of sale; where not specified, digital content portions follow the policy above and performed labor is non-refundable once delivery has begun.
You agree not to misuse the site or Services. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the site; submitting false information; infringing intellectual property; harassing our team or other users; or using our materials to promote illegal activity, deceptive schemes, or spam.
All site content, copy, branding, product names (including Credit-Safe, Credit-Safe AI Build Protocol, and Credit-Leak Audit Checklist), graphics, videos, and downloadable files are owned by FiveToClose or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license described above.
References to third-party tools, platforms, or brands (including AI model providers, hosting platforms, Stripe, AWeber, and others) are for educational identification only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those third parties unless explicitly stated.
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT USE OF THE MATERIALS WILL PRODUCE SPECIFIC BUSINESS, FINANCIAL, OR COST-SAVINGS RESULTS.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components. We do not warrant that third-party AI tools, models, or platforms will remain unchanged or produce accurate outputs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIVETOCLOSE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, AI CREDIT OR USAGE COSTS, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PRODUCTS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FiveToClose and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or Products at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your license to use the Products ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at support@fivetoclose.cloud and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes apply to future purchases and continued site use. Your ongoing use after posting constitutes acceptance.
